Information You Submit
A third-party provider receives names, phone numbers, or addresses entered in a search box. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you send us a message, we receive only the details you chose to include and use them to answer.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs can record an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and time stamps. We review totals and trends to maintain the service and understand page use. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may rely on cookies or related technology where applicable.
How the Data Is Used
The limited data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell lists of visitors nor create profiles about individual readers.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to Mohave County and Arizona portals, libraries, archives, or outside search services. Once you leave, the destination's privacy terms control any information submitted there. Sponsored search results are also furnished by an independent provider.
Service Providers with Access
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Your place of residence may give you rights to inspect, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. Arizona had not enacted the proposed comprehensive consumer-data measure identified in the project research, so no unpassed proposal is presented as a current right. Because we retain very little, a request normally means checking contact messages and available logs, then removing what can be removed. Use the Contact page to ask. Arizona, Mohave County, and Kingman public records remain under their custodians' control, and requests about those records must go to the office that holds them.
Policy Revisions
Revisions will appear here. Continued use after a posted revision signifies acceptance of the updated policy.
